Well it all started today at around him 2.40pm the bell rang for our spehal asembly. We all took our seats, waiting in excitment to see our homeboi Michael. The excitment was getting to the whole school, all you could hear were remarks about Michael.
And in he walked, the man himself, Michael Murphy! For the first time I, Cory, was gobsmacked to see him!
Our head gurl, hu Michael is going to our ball with, Fleur Williamson made a few comments on how proud we are of him, and the way he supported our hometown, Taupo.
then Michael stood up. 'Hey guys, yer i'm really here to thank all parts of the Taupo district, by the schools first. It was really great to have all your support thru this, Taupo stood by me and im forever grateful.' He then went on to answering questions, before singing 'The Calling' and a 'U2' song, which i must say was awesome!!!!
he then got invited to leave the assembly, and man did every1 rush to get his autograph, and man i feel speshal, two fotos with him, my magazine (womans day with camillia ben michael and luke in it) signed, as well as my NZ Idol CD and my Cellphone, yer a lil overboard but hey! hes a really cool dude, i now think he shuld have won NZ Idol, after all the putting down I did of him.
