- Do you exercise for 30 minutes [for 30 minutes - your heart rate is relatively fast] every day?
- Do you eat 5 servings of fruit and vegetables every day?
- How much snacks do you eat?
Also, I thought we could use this thread as a food diary. XD We say what we eat every day [breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-between snacks]. I read somewhere that keeping a food diary is already like dieting because it makes you think about what you eat/indicates to you what your diet is like.
And we can also write down all the exercise we did on that day.

Yesterday:

Breakfast - I was asleep
Lunch - One red dog Hawaiian pizza
Dinner - none
Snacks - chocolate? crackers? Don't remember XD some stuff though.
Oh and strawberries. Mmm.
I don't remember the days before that

Breakfast: A bacon and egg pie on and a fresh myself with fresh up yeah from the bakery on the way to work.
Lunch: an oat cookie thing lol
Dinner: Pasta and meat and beans and this chocolate pudding that thingy made.
Snacks: an apple, a rocky road chocolate thing that was disgusting.
Breakfast: Corn fritters and bacon
Lunch: none
Dinner: Salad and bread and one lamb cutlet
exercise: I went bowling?!
And walked around the malllll.

Dinner: Pizza from hells XD and strawberrys (YUM)
In conclusion: Whenever I go to my friends houses I eat healthy for lunch. :party:

Breakfast: 2 slices soy and linseed toast with vege pickle and cheese on, cup of tea

Snacks: cheese muffin, some crackers, numerous other cups of tea

Lunch: Crunchy chicken sushi roll. Rice Ball. Venti mocha frappuccino from Starbucks.
Tea: Two pizzas of toast with Vegemite
Snacks: Caramel sundae. Some Pringles.

Snacks: None except some Coke and Just Juice Plus

random/ The Cafeteria lady who has the 2year contract at out Plant is super rich$$ because we have 160 employees and most go for fatty expensive food coz the work we do is very demanding.

Afternoon Snack (at 7.30pmish) 1x Mega Choc shake from Wendys + 600ml coke
Dinner - Yummy chicken meal thingy that my dad cooked with fettuccine (as you can see my best meals are when I'm actually home).
Excercise- Walking to and from work/starbucks/uni/lots of running around in my shop serving people.
Cost for 2 days of food = $35.90 - and I didn't really have that much, considering the beer, sausage roll/savoury and chicken meal were free. Hmmph.

Exercise - not much ... walked to beach with friends, from there walked to ava's house, and we also swam in her pool

Dinner: Went to Blitza and had pizza bread for starters and this random pasta dish that was yummy for main

Exercise: We did laps of taka mall
And walked a bit round taka and newmarket XD
I have to eat healthier because I'm just NOT exercising due to my work hours. There's not even a way I can work it in as I only take 20 mins for lunch
Thankfully, it's fresh berry season! YAY! Berries are easily worked into my day.

I eat last night's dinner. xD It's tradition. The rest of my family eat boring stuff like cereal and toast.

Dinner - At La Porchetta - Mushroom ravioli ... so cheesy ..... couldn't finish it :S but i ate a lot of my mum's/dad's/brothers' food as well

I went to the gym in the morning - treadmill 30 mins, cross-trainer 30 mins
It was a 30 minute walk back home
I also had a 30min tennis lesson
In the evening, I walked for 30min to and from the beach and I also swam

Afternoon tea: :$ ....Subway. Six inch Subway Melt on roasted garlic bread with lettuce, onion, gherkin and capsicum. Salt, pepper and bbq and ranch sauces.
Snacks: Vanilla ice (ice, baby) with raspberry filling. Small bottle of Coke. Glass of chocolate milk.
Exercise: Walking to and from town - 20 minutes.
Conclusion for the week: I eat too much Subway.
