Wondering if this year there won't be an Idolised tour.:( We've heard no mention of it, and now Matt has said in an interview in reply to a question about a tour, that nothing's been confirmed, but he would like to do one.
That would be the worse thing about this Idol, season!:( Was really looking forward to seeing the tour again, and all the people we've come to enjoy watching over the weeks. Usually the only chance most of us have to see them perform, now it's looking like we don't get to!
Come back Paul! He was good for something after all!

well they should have one at all.IF there is it'll be in the hoilidays or in the early weeks of term 4.I went to last years at Dunedin and I even got to go to the VIP session.I really enjoyed it.

Thinking that the 50,000 prize money would have been better spent on an Idolised, so that everyone round the country could get enjoyment from the money spent!
Well, when we pay our ticket prices, there would have been a lot of change back I'm sure!
Or is not just the money - but the fact that no-one wanted to bother to do it - with Paul gone now!
I'd spend the $50 000 on getting the idols down here for a concert in Dunners / at my place

No it wouldn't! I can remember the amount of things we petitioned for here in the first year when there was huge support for the Idol show, and no-one took any notice of any of those then! So it certainly woulnd't make any difference now!
You'll end up seeing the winners again.

I wonder if the Idolised tours broke even/made money.
They may have sacrificed it for the live band.
The tour was not too successful last year. It also has nothing at all to do with TVNZ, or SPP so there is no relation with the budget for the TV show, and the tour.
I know the Regent in Palmy didn't seem as packed tight as the first year, but still had a pretty good audience!
I'm very disappointed. For most of the country the only chance to see these people sing. What a fantastic follow-up to the show this has been before! Wish some-one would take it on.
Nope no tour - at least the Idols don't know of one.

Paul is merely coming back for the weekend to attend a birthday party. The job in Oz is still going strong.
I dont know if it is coming at all - i was really looking forward to it!
