For your information M.C. I have since found out that 'celebrities' are not all that they are cracked up to be, take the comment from Mr Broad about one of the IB members not being allowed to add him on MSN.
One of the elders at my Church pointed out, recently, that the entertainment industry is one area where the focus can be taken off God and said about 'celebrities' not being all that they are portrayed as' although some are the genuine McCoy.
I'm not dissing anyone but just saying that being supportive of a 'celebrity' can result in the 'celebrity' picking it up the wrong way, like yourself saying I am a pro at stalking, okay I know you all think I am one but I can't change your minds and wouldn't bother trying anyway.

Oh firefox. If you are that deluded to think that "supporting" an Idol means repeatedly calling them at their home number two years after Idol has finished, then you are beyond help.
I think Steve sufficiently replied with far more grace and Christian love then I could ever hope to do, and probably than you deserve given how you insulted him. One you stop judging people, maybe you yourself can begin to understand. Although after how ever many years of this, I'm beginning to doubt it.

I am stoked and humbled to still have fans so long after NZ Idol and i will often post on this site, but you and your church elder can sue me if u think its arrogance or taking my focus off god by not giving sum1 my hotmail addy or phone number......im not gonna do it, just in the same way that i wouldnt have given out personal info before NZ Idol!!

"Celebrities" are actually just normal people, like you and me, who most of the time wish people wouldn't make such a big deal out of what they do or have done!
As for Steve not wanting someone to add him to their msn contacts, perhaps this is because he wants to maintain some elements of privacy and would prefer to KNOW who exactly has his email address, rather than just random people in conversations all over the net
It's nothing to do with "celebrities not being all they are cracked up to be."
Why can't people understand that everyone has rights to privacy and if they don't want us annoying them or hassling them, why can't we just respect that?!
