Worst season of the amazing race ever imo and yes I have watched every season and I'm a huge fan. Although to be fair, I didn't watch it at much this year but thats only because all the people sucked.. I saw alot of the hippies when I watched though and dont see why everyone is in love with them but ok

Bring back linz family, rob and anber, colin and christie etc. Ohh amazing race allstars- choice. Do hope next season is better or I will not be tickled pink.

I was at my parents' place and we were all pretty much on the edge of our seats, cheering the hippies on. A bit nailbiting with the flags! Heh. But so glad they won! I reckon they're probably the best team ever on the show. Well out of the ones I've seen or partly seen anyway. hehe :party:

Brilliant - the Hippies won!:) Didn't know if they actually would, but they came through in the end!  So happy!

Ray and Yolunda just weren't in the race at the end.  They just kept getting lost and it was left to the 2 teams that most of the race has been between anyway!  Right that those two teams were 1st and 2nd.  Very popular win though, with the public and most other teams I'd think.

Great series, not only because the Hippies made it so much fun and you so wanted to see them get through each week, but also amazing places visited.

Now really hoping we get to see the Hippies again. It would be fantastic to see them hosting a series, maybe a travel series!

* Ray proposed to Yolanda on the CBS Early Show on the morning after the season finale. While it was a total shock to her, Yolanda enthusiastically accepted.
* On the Finish Line post show on the official Amazing Race website, Eric announced that he was dating Danielle. He is moving to New York to be closer to her.
* Due to scheduling conflicts with the season finale and the premiere of the film adaptation of The Da Vinci Code, Eric & Jeremy stated that they were unable to attend the premiere of the movie at the Cannes Film Festival, which was their prize for gaining first place on Leg 6. Eric & Jeremy later stated that CBS was going to give them a different prize to make up for it.

The team I actually supported from the start won!! :'( So happy with this season! All threee teams were great! I liked the frat boys a lot more ... felt SO SAD for them. They were so close yet so far .... at least they won SO MUCH stuff. I really think they are one of the best teams that every competed in the race ... they were sooo consistent! It's really hard to stay number one .. ALL THE WAY ... but yeah ... they did it. ... bummer about having to be waiters again. xD LOL They are awesome though. :party:

I always said I didn't like it all falling on road blocks. :S And I'm still a little :S because Eric might feel like crap ... but at least in this one Jeremy didn't know what to do either. So I hope Eric didn't feel like it was his fault. Good for BJ ... his memory is pretty awesome. \o/

Hippies still there!:)   Good on them not giving up with eating for Fast Forward.  Couldn't look towards the end, yuk!

Couldn't stop laughing at Monica dropping her pots.  Both of us here were laughing and saying 'Poor Monica'.:)  About time she went, they went.:)  The Jo half was really nice to her though.

My opinion of the guys went up when they liked the monkeys.  Always think better of someone if they're nice to animals.  Not so impressed with Ray's reaction.

So now who's to win?  Obviously would love the Hippies to win and see their excitement.  They've had a ball  but not found it easy to keep there.

The Frat boys have done well, and in a way deserve to win on their record of being on top so often, but they're still too cocky and expect to come out on top.

  Ray and Yolanda never seem rushed, but somehow are there still.  They've overcome their difficulties and she really admires Ray.  Don't really know why, he never comes across with any personality or says much, there must be a hidden side to him we don't see!;)  Be a surprise if they win, but wouldn't mind.

Yay the hippies!! I was cheering them on and hoping they'd get there way before the others so they had a real headstart for the next leg. So proud of them!

I agree that the frats were more likeable last night, which is good. But lmao at the monkeys grabbing their stuff before it was finished!

I'm glad Ray and Yolanda got the gold gnome. I wanted them to get it after finding the hippies didn't have it. I'm also happy they've got some of their coolness back before the end of the race, instead of going out as boring...whatevers. lol

I laughed so hard when Monica and Joseph came last. Talk about a brilliant tactical move taking the fast forward and getiing a few hours head start for the final by the hippies.

I'm really hoping the last task will be something mental. If it's something that requires a brain cell the hippies are in. If it's a foot race, they won't win.

Those hippies are certainly keeping us on the edges of ours seats this year!  One minutes thye're in the lead, then suddently they're last again.  Keeps happening!:(  Was despiring that they'd be going.  So happy that it was another non-elimination round. 

Hated Monica - and her smirk at the end!:(  She is one of the nastiest most annoying people ever, can be really nasty then cries and gets all pathetic when not doing  so well, then so cocky when beating someone!  What would they have done if they'd got the Yeild?  Put it on the hippies of course.  Then she gets so mad - and pathetic because it was done to them!  Was the same when they would have taken the taxi ordered by Fran and Barry.  They won't let anyone else take their taxi!  Makes me wonder now, if the taxi order by Fran and Barry  was cancelled by someone else!:(  Thing is, even if they had been last, they would still be there too (Mojos I mean)!

Really happy for Ray and Yolunda.  They sem to have got over their difficulties with each other and came out on top, surprising everyone I would think!

Can the Hippies keep in another week though, after being lucky twice.

Them being yielded is definitely the highlight of 2006. Seeing her face was just priceless! "But we were here first! It's not fair! JOSEPH! How did they beat us? How?!" Brilliant! That's what movies are made of.

This episode wasn't very pleasant. You could call it very tense and exciting [EE! So many footraces! And team tension] ... I didn't like it how the hippies are stooping low enough to start silly rumours. They should be above that. But they still rule more than the freakin frats and GAH MOJO!

They are honestly so immature. Both of them ... Monica especially though. How many times has she said, "This is it ... we're last .. done for" But ROFL at Joseph immitating her. xD Haha "I don't wanna cheer up" LOL that was hilarious. And haha she's gonna drop pots next time ... this is reminding me of the swordfish episode.

Really obvious that it was gonna be a non-elimination. They've only had one so far, and if it wasn't a non elimination round it would be the finals next. Predictable. So I wasn't too upset about Bj and Tyler coming last [BAMMIT Bj tripping ... stupid Monica's smug face] - and, really sad to admit, but I think they deserved to be last this time. What's with the constant flirting with taken people though?! What cracked me up was when MoJo were at the Yield stop thing, and Eric/Jeremy came past and go "Sorry guys, that sucks". It was the most un-heartfelt thing I've ever heard XD
