I'll guest judge any week that has 6 or less contestants, due to my terrible dial-up connection taking an arsey-long time to download the music (took me almost an hour for all of the Top 5 during NYC Night last year). I have experience, so I could do so.

The main problem is that I don't think there's enough people on here who are willing to commit to something like this - we've already found those who are. Why not just try and finish the first "season"? The prospect of another 9-10 weeks of this is a tad daunting, lol!

No, simple. All 9 sing for 3 weeks and although comments are made by hosts and bottom 3 announced weekly, there will only be eliminations after 3 weeks, then the 3 with the lowest votes added up over 3 weeks will go. Same applies to bottom 6. So if someone misses out entering one week, they can still be part of the competition.
So if theres like 20 entries 11 will be eliminated?
Yeah, I don't understand that. I thought we were going to have an audition process with people submitting stuff in secret then only picking ten from that!! I'll have to talk to Loyal about that!

I hope there aren't many entries. Not being negaitve but I know I'll get bored if we're only getting one song every 3 weeks :s That means that if there are 10 contestants it will last for thirty weeks...bloody hell :s
It will only last for the eight weeks!! Everyone is to submit songs every week!! However, in the event that someone fails to submit something, because of reasons beyond their control, they won't be penalised automatically!!!

The anonymous idea is great, but somehow I think people are going to notice when I use "I want you back" and "This is the Moment" for the first two weeks, ya know! Maybe i'll do something different for musicals, i'll see how I feel.
Singaboi... pre-recording is a great idea. Pick your own song for "Listeners choice" and then we can just choose that one when the time comes.
We plan to see this through to the final week!
The idea behind having eliminations every 3 weeks is to help stop it falling apart. If someone can't enter one week for one reason or another, it doesn't mess up the competition. The votes will be counted for elimination purposes over a 3-week period. So missing a week means people can still carry on until the next elimination week.
Will have to see how long 'anon' lasts! The idea is for voting to be on performance, not so much the person! As you say, some like yourself may be recognised! Other not, and some people may be happier entering if no-one knows who they are!
