Umm people were protesting outside Barrys flat ad then Kim and rachel turned up and Charlie followed and punched one of the guys, and then threatened to kill a newspaper person later on and um yeah that's mainly it

Rachel is on a path to destruction! The timing of the chopper crash couldn’t have been worse for poor Rachel. With barely enough time to begin grieving the sudden death of her mother due to a heart attack, Rachel has to deal with the fact a helicopter she organised has crashed and possibly claimed the lives of six Summer Bay residents, including her fiancé, Kim. It’s obvious to us that Rachel was not responsible for this tragedy – unless the good doctor has the power to control the elements (which given even her talent we find dubious) it was an act of God that saw the crash occur. However in times of disaster it’s not unusual for individuals to blame themselves for events, no matter how far fetched the idea seems. As a result of this guilt and grief, Rachel turns to alcohol and pills to numb her pain.
Barry didn't kill Josh on purpose, they were sort of rough and tumbling and Barry accidently pulled the trigger. I don't know if he gets locked up, but he does leave town.
