I find it bearable now, and not completely crap like I thought of it yesterday.

Not a bad song.  Not very memorable.  Didn't have the impact of the song last year.  That started softly and rose as it went on to have real feeling and meaning.   This one just sort of stayed the same.  Prefer Rosita singing it as she does sing so beautifully.   Nik sounded better when I didn't watch him I found.

Really don't think it has the potential to be as successful as 'They can't take that away'!

I have an e-pal from England

I liked Niks better. And suprisingly, I actually did like it! Eye-wink

The song isn't exactly my favourite of all time, but myself and all my friends agree that Nik did a better version of it! Smiling

that song is an embarrassment, and when the winner sings it tomorrow night i will put the tv on mute.

i hope rosita comes second now cos i dont want her to have to sing it

can you imagine if jesse or teresa had to sing it? hahahahahaaaaaa

YOU ARE A syphillis SO PISS OFF

It was bloody awful. I thought it sounded familiar and then I realised it was almost identical to You Can't Take That Away, which I must say is a Grammy nominee compared to this song.

BRYAN/BRYAN WON!! XD

It was so "They Can't Take That Away"....

Verse, Chorus, Verse, Bridge, Hard-out-Screaming-Chorus-That-Repeats.... :S

They both sung it well, but the songs just plain rude. The backing track, the arrangement, the whole thing is just sooo friggin bores-ville! It wouldnt even matter if Rosita pulled out one of the longest notes in history, the song would still suck lemon tarts! There's just no substance in it and the only journey it takes you on, is to the remote so you can change the channel!

The song sucks. It was better suited to Nik but anyway, I hope Rosita gets out of the Idol phenomena with as little bruising as possible.

Yip. 16 October, 2005 - 9:19pm

Rosita had more pasion....

zizobel 16 October, 2005 - 9:14pm

They both sung it ok but the actual song?! Do they just type some words like "love" and "believe" into the computer and click "generate song"?

Nellie old account 16 October, 2005 - 8:56pm

I wont be buying a copy, that's for sure.

But I think Rosita did it better... Nik sounded a little nasal and I have a dislike of people who sing through their nose.

They both did a great job of a .... well, a typically Idol song really.  But listening I could imagine hearing Nik's version on the radio more. JMO.
