There's a book called "Why Paris Women are Not Fat (Something along those lines)", I think it's a great book for women and men.

ROFLMAO.

Don't go near that book. Doesn't it say some rubbish about only drinking leak and water soup for a week? That's so unhealthy.

I'm missed that part. I skipped all the rubbish part and went straight to Phase 1 which will take an individual 2-3 months. If that's true, then I'm surprised that Oprah featured that book and the author on her show.

My friend told me about it. How we got on that topic, i have no idea.

I've found if you want to eat in class, tell your teacher you haven't eaten anything for 5 days because you've been on a crash diet. You'll probably get a visit from the school shrink next lesson, but it'll be worth it.

There are so many diets like that where you have soup and just drink for a certain amount of time they work yes but its no different then cutting weight. To lose weight it's simple the most basic thing anyone needs to do is reduce the amount of calories they taken in and fat. Do that and you'll lose weight sitting on your butt at home all day. No need for slimming pills or any of that just eat properly.

I do pilates. I love it. Sometimes i get cramps in my foot though (I KNOW), and so that sucks for leg stretches, but other than that it's really good. It focuses on using your power house, and incorporates breathing and stretches together. Good for toning, strengthening and for increasing flexibility.

Dieting....ug. I don't know. I'm not very knowledgable in that area. It's best just to focus on healthy eating, you know what the bad foods are, so just try to keep your consumption of them right down. Fruit and vegetables. Try not to eat too much bread. That's all i know.

My workout consists of both cardio and a little bit of pilates. I also try to eat smaller meals. There are many more dieting plans to think about too. I've learned most of mine from Daniel Manson. So far, a lot of the diet programs that I have tried, worked. So, good luck with your dieting.
