watched this program the other day had types of food we used to have durnin the centuries,doesnt that sound exciting i know food how boring but really it isnt when i was a youngster we used have bil up fish and chips at school loafs of bread,junk food and thought it was just the way of life until all these programs taking appearing telling us if we stick to certain foods u2 can walk around with abs and reach a good old age,well im into that ,and i guess there is quite a few other people at there that has the same thought,that is quite amazing that how food has change tru the centuries , ive notice the difference in foods in this past 2 years,we r eating healthy, g i used to eat some crap foods i tell one thing that happen the other day this girl burn tea the other day, she forgot to put the water in the boil up..........
