Eat Fresh & Healthy food to stay healthy

Fresh foods as compared to processed foods contain vital nutrients to safeguard your health. Fresh foods help in maintaining weight and will also reduce your weight. One must choose fresh and organic food not only for their body but also for the environment. It keeps your body strong and healthy. Our body easily accepts natural food whereas it takes lots of time to our body for breaking down those supplements. By having fresh food our body looks attractive, our skin glows. More colorful food we will consume, more nutrients will get into our body. Many body diseases get eliminate by eating raw food. One should not intake excess of canned food as they have high amount of salts, sugars and preservatives which are not good for health. After bringing vegetables from grocery, one should wash them properly to remove all the dirt from them. One should not overcook food, as nutrients get lost from food by over-cooking. Most people don’t have enough time to read the labels of all the different food products that they buy to check for organic ingredients. So look for the various symbols and be sure that the product should match with government standards. Vegetables and fruits are the mostly available in various types like organic, fresh food, and are closely associated with organic farming. Organic meat, eggs, dairy are also available. Organic foods are grown without chemicals, preservatives and toxins rather farmer grow them by using various natural techniques.

Besides fresh food, our diet should be healthy too. Do not buy foods like snacks, chips, cakes from market on regular basis. Healthy food which you are buying from market should be affordable to your pocket also. There are lots of healthy nutrients available in market which suits your budget. You should include more salads and fruits in your diet so that you can stay healthy, slim and trim. Encourage your children for the preparation of healthy food themselves so that they do not run towards junk food. You can lure child by preparing healthy recepies. One should include sprouts, cereals, and dals.These will help in reducing your weight also. For a healthy and sound body, all you need to do is substitute harmful food with healthy food alternatives.

Heart patients should avoid eating a lot of meats; rather choose fish as a healthy alternative. Stay away from a lot of fatty and processed foods but do not cut it out completely. Include 8-10 glasses of water in your daily schedule.

In whole, we should be careful, and we should balance our food that we eat.
